HOTEL POLICIES:

  • Check-In time is 3:00 PM and Check-Out time is 11:00 AM.

  • Valid ID is required upon Check-In.

  • Must be 21 years or older to rent a room.

  • In case of any problem with regards to the room, kindly inform the Front Desk within 15 minutes of Check-In. If the staff fails to repair the issue a full refund will be granted and the guest will have to check out.

  • No refunds will be acknowledged to OVERNIGHT STAYS.

  • In case the Guest have forgotten any of their VALUABLE ITEMS in the room the hotel will preserve them for 15 days after which they will be discarded.

  • Hotel charges $25.00 PET FEE PER NIGHT PER ROOM. The pet has to be on leash at all times and cannot be left in the room unattended.

  • SERVICE PETS are exempted from the pet fee with a certified medical practitioner’s note of proof.

  • Failure of not notifying or declaring that you have a pet at the front desk will lead to a $150.00 fine.

  • A $150.00 deposit in either cash or card will be authorized upon Check-In which will be fully refunded upon check out. In case of any kind of damage to the property or room, smoking, or any kind of misbehavior disturbing the privacy of other guests, Management reserves the right to keep the deposit in full amount.

  • For guests with a reservation exceeding five consecutive nights, we require that the deposit be in placed cash instead of card payment methods.

  • The credit card authorization will be released upon Check-Out. Depending on your financial institution it will take 5-7 business days to show up back on your credit card.
