  • Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. The front desk is staffed 24/7 to accommodate late arrivals.

    Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

    We will do our best to honor early check-in and late check-out requests based on room availability but cannot provide any guarantees.

  • A valid ID is required upon arrival. You must be 21 years or older to book and check into the room.

    We require a signed credit card authorization form to check-in and charge a customer's card without the cardholder being present.

  • Yes, a $150 deposit in either cash or card** will be authorized upon check-in.

    We will fully refund the amount upon check out assuming there is no damage to the room. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 business days before the funds appear back in your account.

    Management reserves the right to keep the full security deposit, if they’ve found that you or members of your party have eiter:

    1. Caused damage to the room and / or property

    2. Participated in any kind of indoor smoking or vaping

    3. Continued to cause noise disturbances after an initial warning

    4. Failed to notify management of dog ahead of or during check-in

    ** We require guests staying five or more consecutive nights to submit cash security deposits.

  • We welcome dogs to the Hyannis Plaza Hotel! To best accommodate your furry friend, please make your reservation directly with the hotel.

    Requirements as follows:

    • Dog must be under 85 pounds

    • Only one dog per guest room

    • Must be on a leash in all public areas

    • Cannot be left alone in the room

    • Not allowed by the outdoor pool and in jacuzzi rooms to prioritize pet’s safety

    Fee: $25.00 per night will be added to your stay.

  • Please contact the hotel immediately. We’ll do our best to locate the missing item and return to you if found.

    Any items left in the room after check-out will be saved in our ‘Lost & Found’ for 15 days. After this period, we will discard the item(s).

  • Yes, we offer complimentary on-premise parking.

    By Summer 2026, we will also offer Electric Vehicle charging stations.

  • Yes! We’re conveniently located near four transportation hubs, making the Cape and Islands accessible without a car.
